• Leases are for a minimum let of 6 months.
• A fee for the Inventory of the property is normally charged.
• Tenants must be over 18 years of age to apply for a property.
• A Guarantor will normally be required by anyone under 25 years of age applying for a property.
• Pets are not permitted in all of the properties we manage.
• Viewings for all properties are accompanied unless otherwise stated.
• One months rent is paid in advance.
• One months rent is held as a deposit until the termination of the Lease.
• Initial payment should be made in cash or Bankers Draft cheque.
• A Bank reference, Landlords reference and Employers reference are required.
• Lickley Proctor Lettings cannot be responsible for the connection of the electricity/gas supply.

Although Lickley Proctor Lettings make every endeavour to ensure the property list is up-to-date, you are recommended to contact our office to check the availability of any properties you are interested in prior to making arrangements to visit the subjects.

Lickley Proctor Lettings for themselves and for the owners of the properties whose agents they are, hereby give notice that:-
